How long does it take to receive my order?

All pieces are handmade with care, so please allow 5-8 business days for your order to be crafted and shipped. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each piece is handcrafted, all sales are final. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at whitney@bywnyc.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Do you offer custom designs?

Currently, we are not accepting custom design orders. However, keep an eye on our Events page for upcoming DIY Charm Bar pop-ups where you can design your own one-of-a-kind piece!

What materials are used in your jewelry?

Our charm chains are made with high-quality materials, including glass pearls and a variety of unique, playful charms. Each piece is designed to be both beautiful and durable.

Can I host a Charm Bar Party with By W?

Absolutely! We offer charm bar parties for events like birthdays, corporate gatherings, and bachelorette parties. We’re based in NYC but can travel. Visit our Charm Bar Party page or email whitney@bywnyc.com with details about your event to get started.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

Can I order wholesale for my store?

At this time, we are not accepting wholesale orders. Stay tuned for updates, as this may change in the future!

What’s the best way to care for my By W jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place when not in use.
